Minimum age: 21 years. Must hold a valid UAE driving license or an international driving license with a valid UAE permit. Drivers are responsible for following all UAE traffic laws and regulations. Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are allowed to operate the vehicle.

Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may incur additional cleaning fees. Any modifications, damage, or misuse of the vehicle is the renter's responsibility. Additional charges may apply for: Extra mileage beyond the agreed limit, Late returns, Fuel refills if the vehicle is returned without the agreed fuel level.

All vehicles include basic insurance coverage. Renters are responsible for damages outside the insurance scope, including negligence, traffic fines, or unauthorized use. In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately inform our team and provide a police report. Costs for repair or replacement not covered by insurance are borne by the renter. Renters are responsible for all traffic fines, tolls, and parking penalties incurred during the rental period.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Reservation guarantees the selected vehicle type but not the exact model. Special promotions or discounts may have additional conditions listed at the time of booking.

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed terms. Modifications to booking dates, duration, or vehicle type are subject to availability and additional charges. Early communication ensures a smooth process and avoids unnecessary fees.

Always follow traffic laws, speed limits, and local regulations. Avoid reckless driving or using the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Inspect the vehicle thoroughly at pick-up and report any pre-existing damages. Keep all rental documents, including insurance papers, inside the vehicle during usage.

The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately in case of: Violation of traffic laws or local regulations, Unauthorized use of the vehicle, Negligence or unsafe driving behavior. Termination may result in forfeiture of rental fees and additional charges for damages.
